November 19, 2009 - Europe was amazing. Actually, amazing doesn't begin to cover it. There was so much to see and experience, that half the time I didn't know where to start. The only drawback was me getting sick in Switzerland. But I dragged myself to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and forced myself to see the Arc de Triomphe.
I wonder if I'll get to go back one day . . .

September 10, 2009 - 4 weeks until Europe!!!!!! Oh. My. Goodness.

May 14, 2009 - Last month was completely awful. It couldn't have been more awful if it tried, and that's saying a lot. However, I'm convinced that this month is going to be better. Things can only go up, and I'm implementing a new plan to make it such.
And I think the universe will give me a break. Eventually. And
if not, then I'm going to have to have a serious talk with it. But things,
ever so slowly, have been taking a better turn:
1) I got to see John Krasinski and Sam Mendes in person!!!! Oh. Em. Gee. It was amazing. My brain basically shut off, and all I could think of was how I was in the presence of greatness.
2) I'm pretty sure that I'm going to find a way to Europe if it kills me.
3) My 8 minute mile is getting shorter.
4) Laughter is such great medicine. Completely cliche, but so freaking true.
